First Month Update

Hi. We've been up and running as a business for 1 month now! Business is good, and we're always looking for ways to improve; whether that be in the products and services we offer, our facilities, and especially the relationships we're creating with all of you! If you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please let us know because we prefer honest feedback over sugar-coated, feel good, everything is fine attitudes. We implement and practice the 5S model of process improvement, sculpted by Ford and Toyota, and are striving to be the best that we can be.

We're excited to see what the future has in store for us, and we really do hope to create lasting relationships and memories with everyone who rents from us! See you soon!
